We know everyone is at a different stage on their Muay Thai and fitness journey. We aim to offer classes to suit all ages, abilities and goals.

MUAY THAI FOR BEGINNERS

This class is for first timers and beginners getting started on their Muay Thai journey and wanting to master basic techniques. It focuses on perfecting individual strikes as well as learning how to hold pads for others.

MUAY THAI FUNDAMENTALS

After learning the basic strikes and how to hold pads, this class is the next step in your Muay Thai journey where you will learn combinations, practice your pad holding and increase your fitness ready for you to move into the All Levels class.

MUAY THAI ALL LEVELS

To attend this class, you must know all your basic strikes, defence and how to hold pads at a good level for your partner. You will learn more advanced combinations and techniques and will test your cardio and fitness levels!

BEGINNERS SPARRING

You've been participating in our All Levels classes for a while but aren't ready to step straight into sparring, or looking to build some confidence. In this class you will learn simple sparring and clinching techniques to help you get to that next level!
